Full Journal pdf2012-04-15 House Journal Page 2550 HB 218 Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2541) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 218(L&C) "An Act prohibiting an insurer from using a drug formulary system of specialty tiers under certain circumstances; and providing for an effective date." and 2012-04-15 House Journal Page 2551 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 218(L&C) am S "An Act prohibiting an insurer from using a drug formulary system of specialty tiers under certain circumstances; relating to a reinsurance program reinsuring residents who are high risks; and providing for an effective date." (SCR 41 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Austerman moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 218(L&C), thus adopting CSHB 218(L&C) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 218(L&C)?" Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. CSHB 218(L&C) am S was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
